What are your qualifications?
Dean has a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and holds current Contractor Licences for both Carpentry and Kitchen Bathroom Laundry Renovator, while working towards obtaining his full building licence.
Krystal studied a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Visual Communication (majoring in Interior Design) at Raffles KvB Institute of Design, as well as a Diploma in Interior Design. She has an extensive background in building design, from full renovations, to kitchens and bathrooms.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, we do offer obligation free quotes.
What are your typical project timelines?
Every project is individual and the length of time it will take varies.
A major effect is the level approvals required and of course the extent of the works.
We will give you a clear idea on the process and length of time.
What are your payment terms?
We like to partner with our clientele and collaborate on a system that is best for both of us.
We generally prefer estimates with pay as we go, which gives our clients the flexibility to make adjustments as the project progresses.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes, we are fully insured and licensed.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes, all of our carpentry work is protected by statutory warranties under the Home Building Act 1989.

Do you offer design and drafting services?
Yes! We do offer design and drafting services with our in-house qualified Interior Designer, Krystal.
Can you help me with council approvals?

Do you specialise in any particular type of construction?
We love all types of construction. Our passion is renovations and reworking tired floorplans that don’t effectively service our current way of life.
Concerns
How do you handle unexpected issues that arise during construction?
We talk! Communication is key – we discuss anything unexpected with the client and liaise with any and all necessary trades or specialists, whatever is necessary, to solve the issue.
What is your communication process like?
We use a variety of tools to best communicate with all of our clients, trades and even employees. These tools may be on site discussion, emails, drawings, texts.
We make ourselves available – you can call, text, email or drop in to see us.
How do you ensure the quality of your work?
We set clear standards at the very beginning of a project and conduct regular inspections and testing throughout the project. We maintain details documentation, check materials upon delivery and implement corrective actions for any issues found. We only use qualified and licenced contractors.
