Meet Your Designer

La Casa was founded by Krystal Morrison, an experienced interior designer with a strong background in both design and construction. With over 15 years in the industry, Krystal combines creativity with practical know-how, ensuring your project runs smoothly from concept through to completion. Her passion is helping clients bring their ideas to life and turning houses into homes — and spaces into experiences.

Step 1.

Meet & Brief

Client meets with designers/architects to define vision, goals, budget, schedule.
Assess site (legal, zoning, environmental, structural) to see what’s possible.
Step 2.

Concept Design

Sketch out concepts/layouts, explore options.

Integrate key systems (structure, utilities, etc.) to see how things will work.
Step 3.

Detailed Design & Documentation

Produce full architectural, structural, engineering drawings.

Prepare specifications, schedules, cost estimates.

Obtain approvals and permits.
Step 4.

Procurement & Planning

Order materials.

Develop construction timeline.

Plan logistics, site setup, safety.
Step 5.

Construction & Execution

Site preparation (clearing, excavation).

Build structure, install systems (electrical, plumbing), roofing, walls.

Interior finishes (flooring, painting, fixtures).
Step 6.

Handover & Close-out

Final inspections, quality check / snags fixed.

Clean up, hand over to client.

Provide warranties, maintenance manuals, and ensure everything is working.
